The prices of all Products are displayed on this web site and are valid at the time of placing a website order providing you are viewing the current page (and not a cached copy). You must pay by credit card, debit card or via a Paypal account at the time of order or forward a cheque made payable to ‘Pure Natural Baby’ at the address shown on the website. Payments are processed by PayPal and at no time are your card details made known to Pure Natural Baby. At all times full payment including delivery charge is required before your order is processed. Goods will be despatched within 48 hours subject to availability. Delivery will be charged at £2.50 regardless of the order value. You have the right to cancel your order or return unwanted goods if you inform us within 7 days of placing your order or receiving the goods. You must return the goods unopened and in the original packing. You will receive a refund for the value of the goods but not the delivery charge, and are responsible for the return delivery cost. Incorrectly supplied or faulty product may be returned as long it has not been opened. You must contact us upon receipt so that we can arrange return at our expense and a refund or replacement.
